Being MIA for a week plus here a simple layout done in less than an hour ...
Actually did this photo on another layout but i ended up tearing it! 

Feeling kinda tired lately and hardly want to lift up my finger.

Quickly done this when i've that little little mood!

Layout #61 - Beautiful Love

I always think love between mothers and babies is beautiful.

Don't you think so ?

Am playing with my new stash of prima papers Pastiche collection.

Really not my style but i gave it a try. Did quite abit of cutting of the flowers out from the papers and i love the vintage feel of prima papers.

First time using distress stickles and it turns out quite nice.. 

Really have fun making this layout~

After the doing the notebook, i proceed to scrap a simple LO using pencil lines sketch. and this is the last photo i have. Taken on 27th Mar @ Jaden full month celebration.. Although the pic is not very nice but i do cherish every family picture taken..

Start printing more photos to scrap .. Realised that i have alot of boyish paper which i seldom use.

So i am going to pull those papers and embellishment out and make a mini album of Isaiah..

Can't start my mini album of ultrasound as i yet find suitable papers for the album. Got to wait till i have sometime to go and get them :p

Notebook - Life is Beautiful

Done a notebook - life is beautiful

 

Is for someone else and not me~ i hope whoever who use it will always remember that life is beautiful.

Although not always but God create life to be beautiful isn't it ?

Love this notebook alot..

Is something i different that i did.

Only tried once doing a mini notebook.

Took up the courage to create a bigger notebook with more details in it.

Complete in a day...

Hand sew the corners and is not fun at all!! But i love the effect of it.

I guess i got to start learning how to use a sewing machine as i really love the stitching effect on layouts.

Did some distress on the papers.

Simple rubon.. Cut out birds from pattern paper and add some glossy accent.

Add some making memories flower patch flower and 2 handmade flowers done by me to give a different feel to it.

Tried not to do too much pop up in case it got damage while using ..

Hope that this notebook will stay this way for very long ...

Lastly thanks to my white elephant "zutter" to create this wonderful notebook :p

Layout #58 - All About Mummy & You

Just completed this.. Started this layout yesterday actually .. I know i should be resting but realised that i forgot about the pain when i'm scrapping.

Did this in really slow pace as my cough makes my back and tummy ache so much that a little movement can make me go "OUCH!" 

This is my second attempt doing sewing on my layout. Hb help me poke the holes for me to sew them on easily.

Did DIY paper bloom that scrapoholic taught. Layers some flowers and glitter them.

Actually quite simple layout and finally my hb said "Wow! nice ...."

I'm going to get to bed and rest!

Mini Frame - Always Together

Did an mini frame on thursday night.. Love it to bits! Pic was taken during CNY 2009. That's was like a year ago but i love this pic as i find Isaiah is very cute during that time..
Didn't use much things to scrap this mini layout but it turn out really nice.. As least to me!

I use mainly my leftover scrap papers for this layout

Tear out the Sassafrass paper and i totally love that yellow flower.

So i cut it out from the paper and cut another one exactly the same and stack over it to give it a 3D effect

Use prima packaging paper meant for the pearls and use as layering too. I love prima that much!

Add a prima felt stem some dew drop, did rubon as a transparency and use pop up foam to create the dimension and lastly wrap the frame with a beautiful paper :)

love this frame!

Now it became one of the frame on my scrap table :p

By the way i won a fav layout contest organise by Scrapoholics using Just Being Me layout
Was very surprise and excited that i actually won the contest.

Completed this on Good friday .. Actually have started this album last year! But didn't completed it as i'm too into doing layouts. So decide to completed it since i'm free on friday.
