Layout #57 - A Gift

I'm back again! Manage to complete this frame on Sat night. Well i spend quite sometime on it as i kinda run out of flowers and butterflies so i'm trying very hard to match everything together.

But still manage to get it done by 1am. Is for my SIL gift on Sunday as is Jaden full month.
I wish i can do more with the frame but time is running out for me... So this taught me not to do it last min in the future!

Very simple LO for this beautiful photo.. Butterfly cut out from a pattern paper, did some stamping and clear embossing to add texture to it. Apply stickles around it for the butterfly to stand out. Some flowers and lace ribbon.. Cut some mini butterflies and stick on the rubons with pop up glue dots and the photo did the rest of that blissful feeling :)

Now i've 2 more pics of Isaiah to complete and i will start on working of one of my mini album.

Layout #56

Layout #56 - A New Year

Hello! I'm back ... I'm not MIA yet .. Did this layout for 2 days! The first time i spend so much time on a LO.
Used alot of cute stuff into this layout. Not sure if any mummies is like me, having 2 boys and yet loving this cute papers and embellishment and find yourself not touching them as is doesn't fit those boyish LO.
But i never fails to buy them as who doesn't like cute stuff right ? So i try my best to use whatever i can and thrown it into this LO.
Done alot of cutting, cutting of branches, butterflies, tress etc from pattern papers.. Adding my fav stickles to add some bling on it, glossy accent to bring out the 3D effect..

Recently Isaiah and me is going through a tough time.. This little boy is going to playgroup and has been crying for the past few days .. Was so mood-less to scrap till yesterday i decide to pull out some papers.. Actually i got to do up a frame for a gift by Sat but decide to do this random pic in case i ruin the whole frame.
Spend i long time on this LO.. Saw a lady who scrap a LO like this and decided to scraplift her layout. But of course ended up only 30% alike! Started yesterday afternoon completed 30% in 2 hours... Continue at night .. Only done up 60% and lastly finish it off this afternoon even though i wish i can sleep in this rainy afternoon..
Although it took a long time to finish but i totally enjoy the cutting process and not something that is very usual for me. I prefer to scrap simple, fast and easy... Best if is not much cutting as i didn't like isaiah to disturb me during my cutting.

Well, luckily this turns out fine and i hope you will like it as much as me..
Got to start working on the frame tonight and hopefully complete it by Sat!

Layout #55

Layout #55 - Just being Me..

Another vintage look attempt. I'm really not very good in vintage style

but i'm kinda hook at it recently.

Thinking of trying different style from my usual layout that is mostly colourful.

Well it turns out nicer than what i expected.

Did some stamping and embossing on the title "ME"

Has been a long time since i touch my heat gun and finally put it into good use.

Definitely will try to make more vintage layout in the future.

Planning for the next 2 months will be 2 mini album coming up.

One will be Josiah ultrasound photos, thinking of using my zutter to make one mini album.

Another will be my wedding album using making memories 8 x 8 album which is like white elephant on my rack. Bought cuz i love it too much but i hardly do 8 x 8 layout.

So this time round will make full use of the album to make a brand new wedding album since our 3rd year anniversary is approaching in June.

So i've 2 album to complete before June!!

Layout #53 & #54

Finally finish uploading.. Can't imagine i've done up 50 layouts.. Not alot though as i'm not a very regular scrapper as i only can scrap when i've the time after settling isaiah. Used to scrap on my dining table which can be very tiring as i got to clear the table before i scrap and clear them after scrapping.

But now, i've my own scrap room with my own scrap table.. So no need to worry of clearing them up after hours of scrapping and Isaiah has stop playing with my sb stuff..

For the past 2 days, i've scrap 2 layouts with photos taken on CNY. Have been nearly 6 months since i've scrap. Abit hard to start as i've kinda lose touch of some stuff but still will continue to scrap more to get my mood back!

Done a vintage look for this photo.

Not really my style as i'm always doing colourful and cheerful colours.

Hubby thinks that is not very nice as he is not used to such dull colours.

But i love it alot as i hardly able to do vintage feel layouts.

I still have the last part of uploading.. Has been busy uploading the past LO this 2 days .... Left about 10 more LO to go..

Anyway this 2 days i've start scrapping. Have done my 2nd LO in year 2010! Finally!!

This blog is indeed useful as it really does make me feel more energy and mood to move my hand to dig my stash out to scrap..

Shall continue to upload my last part of LO before i upload the latest LO :)
